NOTE – Nord Ovest Toscana Energia Srl

Investment in the project company Nord Ovest Toscana Energia (NOTE) for the energy efficiency upgrading of 13 Tuscan hospital facilities, for a total invested value of EUR 20.5 million. Sinloc plays the role of equity partner (52% of the shares in the SPV).
The 13 buildings on which work is being carried out include six hospitals, two former hospitals and five large districts in the provinces of Massa Carrara, Lucca and Pisa, with a total surface area of approximately 250,000 square metres.
In addition to reducing energy expenditure, thanks to the improved efficiency of the systems, the intervention will also reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.
