Optimization and enhancement of the IDSC of Latina’s real estate portfolio

Technical assistance activity for the Diocesan Institute for the Sustenance of the Clergy of Latina, aimed at the reorganization and enhancement of a portfolio of over 2,100 assets, including buildings and land. The project involves the analysis of ownership status, the definition of procedures for tenure regularization, support for fiscal and income management, and the development of strategies for asset income generation or disposal. The activities are based on a georeferenced database developed during Phase 1. The ultimate goal is to optimize asset management and improve the economic sustainability of the Institute's real estate portfolio.
