Organizational Empowerment and Capacity Building Process of Centro Mente Locale

Organisational strengthening and capacity building programme for the Associazione Malattia di Alzheimer Biella ODV (Alzheimer's Disease Association of Biella) for the management of the Centro Mente Locale (Local Mind Centre) with a view to increasing organisational sustainability. The programme includes an initial phase of organisational analysis of the entity and identification of areas for development, followed by a second phase of skills strengthening through capacity building modules on internal resource management skills, communication training and workshops on design and co-design.
