Organizational strengthening of the National Museum of the Italian Risorgimento

Strengthening the organization of the Italian National Renaissance Museum through the organizational analysis of the institution, the drafting of the strategic development plan and the definition of the executive project.
The project is developed within the framework of the initiative "Guidelines 2024 for organizational development of the third sector" promoted by the Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo and aimed at supporting non-profit organizations in organizational efficiency.
The National Museum has received a grant to start phase 1 and, supported by Sinloc, will present a project dossier for the application in phase 2, defining development strategies and implementation plan.
