Project management of the initiative by Increcral Parma for the construction of the Pablo Neighborhood House, aimed at creating a hub for associations in the startup phase and a social helpdesk. In particular, Sinloc will ensure the correct execution of the activities and the achievement of the objectives set, the engagement of relevant stakeholders and compliance with the deadlines. A medium/long-term monitoring and impact assessment system for the project actions will also be activated, in addition to identifying further viable financing opportunities to ensure economic-financial continuity for the initiative
Results
On 15 January 2025, Casa Quartiere Pablo was inaugurated. It is a space designed to host start-up associations and a social hub open to the public, in an energy-efficient, youthful and colourful environment, thanks to the collaboration with the "Toschi" art school.
