Palio Ermo Colle – executive plan within the framework of the call Resistant Support 24 of Fondazione Cariparma

Development of a strategic plan and a multi-year funding plan for the consolidation of the Ermo Colle Poetic Theatre Musical Palio, promoted by the Ermo Colle Association in Parma. The activity envisages a strategic, sustainable and impactful transformative process enabling the organisation to consolidate its action of promoting art in non-purposeful venues through the activity of the Palio, increasing its economic-financial stability, strengthening its communication and diversifying its audience. Project realised thanks to the support of Fondazione Cariparma in the framework of the call for proposals ‘Sostegno (R)esistente’ 2024.
