Potential demand for Social Housing interventions in the municipality of Florence

Identification of the number of families and individuals residing in the municipality of Florence in "grey band" conditions, that is, having a higher income condition than the threshold for access to Economic Housing but not sufficient to be able to access the free market.
The analysis was carried out on the basis of the results of a work carried out in 2019, which covered the impact analysis of social housing interventions in the metropolitan city of Florence and developed by the Fondo Housing Toscano. At the end of the work has been estimated a demand for social housing is equal to about 20 thousand families (8.3% of the population).
