PowerUp – The catalyst for social innovation in the energy market

POWER UP! is an H2020 EU project aiming at tackling energy poverty through the creation or the reinforcement of local energy markets players with a social agenda. The project focuses on developing and implementing solutions in 6 pilot cases across Europe: Belgium, Czech Republic, Italy, Netherlands, Norh Macedonia, Spain. The involvement of vulnerable households is a key feature of the PowerUP project, as the solutions to tackle energy poverty will exploit collaborative schemes such as energy communities and energy cooperatives
