The operation requires an investment of EUR 5.6 million and the interventions include photovoltaic systems, remote control systems, and the replacement of old boilers and lamps.
The interventions reduce primary energy consumption by 3,435 MWh per year, corresponding to 742 tons of avoided CO2 emissions.
Sinloc plays the role of equity partner (80% of the SPV's shares) and economic-financial advisor.
Features
Sinloc and Siram, a company belonging to the French group Veolia, have set up a project company to take over the concession with the City of Pordenone for the energy efficiency and management of more than 75 buildings including schools, sports facilities, offices and cultural buildings, owned by the municipality.
The operation, in which Sinloc has an 80% stake, requires an investment of €5.6 million.
In addition to the role of financial investor, Sinloc also plays the role of economic-financial advisor in the project with planning, control and budgeting activities, as well as financial arrangement services.
Results
The measures identified will reduce the buildings' primary energy consumption by 3,435 MWh per year, corresponding to the annual consumption of 178 households and 742 tonnes of avoided CO2 emissions.
To achieve this result, a wide-ranging project has been drawn up, involving the installation of photovoltaic systems and intelligent room monitoring systems, the replacement of old boilers and light bulbs with the latest technology, and the insulation of the envelopes.
