Promotion of the Role of Volunteers in the Assistance and Emergency Centers in Parma

Strategic Configuration of the Project Aimed at Promoting the Presence of Volunteers in the CAUs of Fidenza and Parma. The project aims to introduce volunteers in the Assistance and Emergency Centers (CAUs) of Fidenza and Parma, with a relational liaison role between users (patients and caregivers) and healthcare and social care professionals. The goal is to facilitate mutual understanding, enhance relational skills, and support more effective responses. The initiative includes the creation of a coordination group and a peer-to-peer training program. The project is made possible thanks to the support of Fondazione Cariparma, under the "Connected Welfare 2025" call for proposals.
