Structuring of a proposal for the development and management of a multi-generational complex in the province of Bolzano.
The Genea+ project, promoted by the provincial relief association Croce Bianca, represents an important redevelopment of the Don Bosco district in Bolzano. The center includes 153 apartments, of which 125 intended for elderly people and 28 that can accommodate up to 62 young people, with a range of services to users.
Sinloc has structured the operation, starting from the verification of economic and financial sustainability, to the analysis of risks and the identification of relevant mitigation instruments and the preparation of the economic and financial plan.
