PUI – Financing operation for the urban redevelopment of the ex-Sandvik area in Milan

Technical assistance in the structuring of the financing transaction to RealStep SGR - through the Fondo PNRR Piani Urbani Integrati - for the redevelopment of the ex-Sandvik area in Milan (Certosa District), where exhibition spaces, offices, restaurants and a 10,000 sqm park will be located. The transaction envisages a disbursement through the PUI Fund of €15 million with a 30-year term.
The activity involved the analysis of the counterparty, the technical verification of the financing conditions, and the analysis of the economic and financial sustainability of the operation and the counterparty. In addition, sensitivity and scenario analysis was developed.
