Research of funding to contribute to the redevelopment project of the building in Vicolo del Gomito

Technical support and feasibility study for the restoration and enhancement of the Palazzo di Vicolo del Gomito, located in the historic heart of Teramo. The intervention aims to identify financial and design solutions to transform the 600 sqm building into a cultural hub, improving the surrounding urban context. Through a mapping of funding sources and a preliminary assessment, a strategic plan was developed to reduce the economic burden on the Tercas Foundation. The adopted approach considered energy efficiency and economic sustainability, with potential significant impacts on the area's attractiveness and urban regeneration.
