S.I.P.A.R.I.O. – Support for application to “PAT.T.O. per il Territorio” call by Fondazione Cariparma

Technical assistance to the Parish of Langhirano (PR) for the application to the PAT.T.O. per il Territorio call promoted by Fondazione Cariparma, aimed at the redevelopment of approximately 1,100 sqm including the theatre, parish classrooms, and courtyard. The project requires an investment of approximately €567,000 and involves the creation of a multifunctional centre for socialisation, education, and culture, with energy efficiency measures, removal of architectural barriers, and the development of new multipurpose spaces. The service included context analysis, planning, definition of the management plan, social impact assessment, and active involvement of the local community.
