Space development configuration of Area Beppe Ferrando for Al Cicapui ASD-APS

Analysis of the organizational structure of the Beppe Ferrando Area managed by the association AL CICAPUI, from an organizational-managerial, relational, reporting, communicative and economic-financial point of view. Identification of the strategic development levers and preparation of the development plan and executive project aimed at enhancing the space in terms of maximizing impacts for the local community and the territory.
