Space development configuration of GO Grugliasco Oratorio

Analysis of the organisational structure of the ‘GO-Grugliasco Oratorio’ space managed by the association GO APS, from an organisational-managerial, relational, reporting-communication and economic-financial point of view. Identification of the strategic development levers and preparation of the development plan and executive project aimed at enhancing the space in terms of maximising its impact on the local community and territory.
