Strategic and operational analysis aimed at strengthening the functional governance and enhancing the role and leadership capacities of the private sector IDM - Innovators, Developers and Marketers - facilitator of economic development in South Tyrol.
The activities carried out include the definition of the «as is» IDM framework, the identification of reference benchmarks and a governance better suited to support the role of IDM, the evaluation of the benefits for the territory and finally the presentation of proposals for the reduction of costs and systemic inefficiencies.
