A study aimed at characterising the supply system and defining the business plan of the 'Atelier della Robotica' in Pontedera, the future site of one of the 8 Competence Centres created with the PNRR.
The project was developed in two main phases: in the first phase, the future business model of the initiative was analysed and analysed in depth, while in the second phase the organisational set-up and management model were defined, together with the preparation of the Economic-Financial Plan.
