Strategies and Techniques of Social Design for the “Fondazione Opera Sacra Famiglia” – Social Enterprise

Activation of capacity building interventions aimed at strengthening, in the internal staff, knowledge and tools related to the structuring and management of projects, through workshops and analysis of successful best practices.
The proposed path included a comprehensive overview of several key aspects such as project management, public value generation, social impact assessment, change theory and stakeholder engagement. The course was entirely online and combined face-to-face lessons with cooperative learning to ensure effective, interactive learning.
