Technical assistance to make the Renewable Energy Community ‘CER Torreglia 1’ oprative. The project involves supporting the plants' application for the PNRR tender, registering the configuration on the GSE platform and managing relations with members and GSE. In addition, the CER will be managed through a software platform that allows real-time monitoring of production and consumption, automatic redistribution of incentives, customised dashboards for members and transparent economic reports, thus promoting active participation and shared benefits.
