Led by the Municipality of Collecchio with AVIS and Assistenza Volontaria, in synergy with other local CERs, the goal is to create a replicable model of sustainable and inclusive energy community.

The “CER Collecchio Development” project, led by the Municipality of Collecchio, aims to consolidate and operationalize the local Renewable Energy Community, which is formally established but lacks infrastructure and organizational structure. The initiative includes community listening, shared strategy definition, photovoltaic installations, training programs, and school agreements. Its goal is to foster energy transition, reduce CO₂ emissions, and generate economic and social benefits for the community. The project involves founding members of the CER (Municipality of Collecchio, AVIS, Assistenza Volontaria), other local CERs (CER Filagni and CER Sala Sostenibile), the municipalities of the Unione Pedemontana Parmense, local businesses, citizens, and third-sector organizations. Technical advisor SINLOC brings expertise in sustainability and local development. The project represents a model of participatory governance and social innovation, aiming to build a resilient, efficient, and inclusive energy community.
