Technical assistance to the municipality of Teolo (PD) aimed at applying for the "Turismo Open Air" call promoted by the Ministry of Tourism for the development of a parking area for campers 40 places.
Requirements
The requirement expressed by the Municipality concerns the need to convert some green areas into equipped pitches for campers, in order to enhance the outdoor tourism activities that are very popular in the area, located within the Euganean Hills Regional Park. To achieve this objective, the ministerial notice in support of open-air tourism has been identified.
Features
Il dossier di candidatura predisposto, completo di piano economico finanziario ed elaborati necessari e studio di prefattibilità, prevede la realizzazione di 30 piazzole di sosta camper sull’area di un ex campo da calcio in disuso, con attrezzature sportive e servizi. Ogni piazzola (circa 45 mq) comprende parcheggio, area vivibile e verde; ogni due piazzole ci sarà una colonnina elettrica per veicoli leggeri. Al centro, un viale pedonale ospiterà un blocco servizi (ufficio, bagno, magazzino, lavanderia, area snack, servizi igienici, ecc.) Il lato est sarà dedicato a spazi verdi, area gioco, fitness e arrampicata, collegati all’area di Rocca Pendice.
Results
The project presented was funded with €180,000, ranking 32nd out of 152 applicants. The total investment for the project is approximately €530,000.
