The project assisted the Distretto del Cibo Alta Marca Trevigiana, a public-private entity, in its candidature for the MASAF call, by developing territorial development strategies, drafting financial plans and creating technical documentation. Objective: to enhance the territory through sustainable food policies.
Requirements
The Food District Alta Marca Trevigiana needed support to access the Food District Contracts through the MASAF call. The main objective was to promote sustainable territorial development and the strengthening of local agri-food chains.

Drafting the commercial and financial development plan.
Co-ordination of data and information with local stakeholders.
Creation of technical documentation for the bid.
Results
The project enabled the District to submit a comprehensive application, including a detailed strategic and financial plan. Among its main achievements: the optimisation of the local food supply chain and the adoption of innovative food policies.
