Technical and procedural assistance in the bidding phase for the executive project of the Manica Agribusiness

The Agri-Food Centre project in the province of Manica requires specialist support in preparing and managing the tender for the drafting of the executive project. This need arises from the technical, regulatory and procedural complexity of the tender, which involves Italian and Mozambican regulations and AICS guidelines. The aim is to ensure administrative regularity, transparency, traceability and technical quality, reducing critical risks and strengthening AICS's internal capacity to manage procedures.
