Technical assistance for joining the ‘CERS ELIODORA’ energy community and optimization of electricity production

Technical assistance for the launch of an energy transition programme in the municipality of Castelnuovo Magra to enhance public assets, optimise electricity consumption and increase production from renewable sources. The project involves not only support in formalising membership of CERS Eliodora, but most importantly the analysis of the energy context of the municipality's buildings, the definition of interventions (new systems, revamping, renegotiation of contracts), public engagement activities and the search for funding. At the end of the project, a business plan will be drawn up to ensure its economic and financial sustainability.
