Technical assistance for the urban regeneration of the former Santa Maria clinic area for the development of the new Seregno Innovation Hub. Approximately 2,000 square metres of space will be created in the area for training, innovation and inclusive catering. We are conducting an economic and financial analysis of the investment project and providing technical and procedural assistance for the implementation of the intervention.
