Technical feasibility study based on: consumption, energy needs and sharing potential of the municipality of Ferrara. Technical assistance in the choice of the most suitable primary booth for the realization of the REC, through the aggregation of data collected during the activity of involvement of citizens through public presentation and expression of interest. Creation of a business plan useful to assess the impact of the establishment of the REC on the territory. The REC Ferrara was formed in March 2025 as an unrecognized association and plans to build a 1 MWh photovoltaic system.
