Requirements
The Foundation requested support to identify a manager who would guarantee the pursuit of the objectives of the "Borgo Digani" project and ensure economic autonomy in the management phase.

The project Borgo Digani, in Argelato (BO) is an initiative that Sinloc has supported since the ideation phases, interpreting the address of Carisbo Foundation to seek a social destination for the reuse of a complex owned by him, That it responded to the needs of the territory and at the same time ensured sustainability in the management phase. The multi-service complex completed in 2024 the start of the management entrusted to the cooperative La Venenta, with the occupation of the residential center that houses patients in charge of mental health and the start of a new management, also by Venenta, of the farm.
Results
The selection was made through a call for expressions of interest procedure, drawn up by Sinloc and to which three groups of social private operators submitted tenders. Sinloc also supported the verification and evaluation of the proposals received.
