Technical assistance to Invitalia in the evaluation for urban regeneration and real estate development of the Site of National Interest (SIN) Bagnoli - Coroglio (NA).
Invitalia, as the implementing entity of the remediation and revitalization program of the former industrial area, has commissioned Sinloc to analyze from a dimensional and procedural point of view the intervention of redevelopment of the area, identifying constraints, risks and presenting an economic projection of the operation and finally activating a scouting activity on primary investors.
