Technical assistance to the RUP for the management of two sports facilities in Venearia Reale, one for football 11 with a 1,000-seater grandstand and a multifunctional complex, completely rebuilt with new padel and beach volleyball courts.
The intervention includes the collection and analysis of data and documentation relating to the area and previous management, the verification of economic relevance and management opportunities of the facility, also according to the expressions of interest received by the municipality, drawing up tender documents for the award of concessions and assistance during the tender phase.
