Technical assistance to the Municipality of Lodi for drafting DUP, objectives plan and management control

Technical assistance to the Municipality of Lodi in the revision and implementation of the Single Programming Document (DUP) and its indicators, as well as in managing the existing Executive Management Plan (PEG), with particular focus on ensuring consistency between the objectives and performance plans and the DUP content. Support in carrying out the various phases of the entity's management and strategic control and drafting the Performance Plan report to be submitted to the Independent Evaluation Body (OIV), pursuant to Article 198 of Legislative Decree 267/2000.
