Technical Assistance in identifying needs and strategic levers in view of the preparation of the Multi-Year Programming Document 2026-2028. The objective is to guide the definition of coordinated, effective and oriented territorial interventions aimed at responding to emerging priorities, while at the same time enhancing existing opportunities to generate a positive impact on the community.
