Urban regeneration and social housing implementation plan of the project BEACH200 in Settimo Torinese

Assessment of a complex initiative, under the InvestEU Programme, known as BEACH200 (Built Environment and Housing Affordability in a Chemical Area), part of the Borgonuovo2030 Master Plan, for the regeneration of 200 flats in the municipality of Settimo Torinese. The initiative is further complemented by the revitalisation of cultural and healthcare facilities, contributing to broader community development and urban revitalisation objectives.
