Urban regeneration programme “Ri-abitare Venaria”

Feasibility study for the "Ri-abitare Venaria" program, resulting from the Municipality of Venaria Reale's participation in the "Prospettive Urbane" call by the Fondazione Compagnia di S. Paolo. The program includes integrated actions aimed at improving housing services and enhancing the quality of life in the city.
A thorough analysis of the territorial and socio-economic context was conducted to understand the city's dynamics and its relationship with the surrounding area. A study was carried out on public real estate complexes suitable for hosting residential, cultural, and tourism-related services. The project was implemented through a local partnership.
