Preparation of the technical Vendor Due Diligence for the acquisition of Plangreen, a company active in the energy efficiency of buildings, by Vivi Energia, through the purchase of all its shares from Fiee Sgr.
The operation aims to strengthen the local presence of Vivi Energia, which has 27 stores in northern Italy, 180 employees and a turnover of €354 million in 2024, as well as to respond to the growing demand for advanced, economically sustainable and high social impact energy solutions, through the activation of synergies between the two companies.
