Configuration of the organisational strengthening project for Agesci - Scout Group Val D'Enza 1, through the analysis of the structure from an organisational-managerial, relational, reporting-communication and economic-financial point of view.
Subsequent preparation of a development plan aimed at acquiring skills and capacities in managing and planning the Group's interventions and activities, with a view to making the voluntary time dedicated to service more efficient and valuable. Project realised thanks to the support of Fondazione Cariparma within the framework of Rotte Sostenibili 2024.
