This led to the development of <em><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.sinloc.com\/en\/landing\/dup-digitale\/\">software <\/a><\/em>capable of assisting public administrations in the strategic and operational management of projects (timeline, expenses, outputs, and impacts) in real time, integrating the <strong>entire strategic planning cycle<\/strong> with operational objectives, and linking operational objectives to impact measurement and evaluation.<br \/>\nIn addition to a general simplification in program management, the Digital DUP has increased the Municipality of Terni\u2019s capacity to <strong>monitor the public value it generates<\/strong>. This was made possible by a dedicated <em>dataset <\/em>updated in real-time and customized data <strong>visualizations<\/strong>. It accelerated and digitized <strong>data sharing<\/strong> and <em>workflow <\/em>by utilizing <strong>diversified access<\/strong> points and a <strong>dedicated notification system<\/strong> for councilors, managers, and officials. Furthermore, it reduced calculation errors, information asymmetries, and data dispersion through centralized data control.<\/p>\n<h5>pgtacaResults: Approval of the 2024 Strategic Control Report<\/h5>\n<p>raIn July 2024, <a>the Terni City Council approved the Report for the 2024 Strategic Control exercise<\/a>. The press release explicitly mentioned the use of the <strong>Digital DUP<\/strong>, \u201c<em>a fully digitized process thanks to software that links planning to control,<\/em>\u201d which ensured \u201c<em>a tangible contribution in terms of transparency,<\/em>\u201d \u201c<em>compliance with work timelines<\/em>,\u201d and \u201c<em>a more precise framework that facilitates data collection and the use of indicators, leaving less room for discretion in self-assessments by managers or the administration\u2019s perception of whether or not its planning inputs are being
