The Integrated Urban Plans Fund (PUI Fund), has finalized a 10 million euro grant for the completion of the Living TO Falchera project, developed by the Piedmont Sustainable Housing Fund (FASP).
The Fund PUI, a financial instrument promoted by the European Investment Bank set up under the PNRR and managed by Banca Finint together with Finint Investments and Sinloc, was created with the aim of supporting projects capable of strengthening urban regeneration and social inclusion in Italian Metropolitan Cities by fostering collaboration between public resources and private investment.
The PUI Fund recognized in the social housing initiative developed in the Falchera neighborhood of Turin, Italy, by FASP – a fund managed by Investire SGR – the qualitative characteristics to be part of its pipeline.
We have followed the entire cycle of the operation’s life, starting from the origination of the contact and the identification of the opportunity, always placing social inclusion at the centre. We have conducted studies and in-depth analyses both a19> on the financial soundness and reputational integrity of the counterparty, both on the bankability of the project, analysing risks and scenarios economic and financial forecasts.
The initiative offers new housing opportunities to vulnerable individuals and families who are excluded from public housing but struggle to meet the demands of the free market, promoting the creation of an inclusive and active community through social management.
The 10 million pounds provided by the PUI Fund will enable the implementation of a high-level intervention. a9> intervention of high level architectural, structural and plant engineering. The design choices, in line with the principles of the PUI Fund, focus on environmental sustainability , accessibility and inclusion social.
