Development of a strategic plan and a multi-annual financing plan for the consolidation of the Consorzio Solidarietà Sociale di Parma.
The objective of the project is to enable a strategic, sustainable and impact-based transformation process in the Consortium, which will allow the organization to consolidate its role as a key player in supporting the development of the cooperative system of the territory, also through internal organizational strengthening and greater economic and financial solidity.
