Definition of “impact services” for the multi-stakeholder consortium “Girasole” in Lecco

Support for the Girasole Social Enterprise, aimed at supporting its bid for the Lecco Municipality tender (2025–2034 period) through the definition and launch of a Social Impact Assessment model for consortium services. The proposal, structured over the first three years, provides for the co-design of stakeholders, outcomes and indicators, the definition of proxies (SROI logic) and data collection tools (surveys and focus groups), as well as interactive dashboards for ex ante and ongoing monitoring. The model enhances public-private social governance and four key areas (efficiency, innovation, co-design, impact on communities).
