Construction of a social, economic and environmental impact assessment model applicable to public assets in order to support the State Property Agency in planning and evaluating the redevelopment, regeneration and repurposing of disused and underutilised public buildings, to meet the needs of public administrations and citizens with a view to urban regeneration, in full synergy with local institutions. The model was developed on the basis of specific case studies relating to buildings located in Turin, Milan and Bari, also incorporating a qualitative analysis of the City Plans programme.
Caratteristiche
The project impact database was studied with 4 macro areas, 36 outcomes, 48 KPIs and 33 monetary proxies.
The impact database for City Plans was studied with 6 macro areas, 34 outcomes, 63 KPIs and 20 monetary proxies.
Risultati
The project defined three SROI analyses on case studies of Manifattura Tabacchi in Turin, Palazzo Senato in Milan and Parco della Giustizia in Bari.
It also led to the creation of two general impact databases that can be used in the evaluation of individual projects and in the national 'Piani Città' programme for the enhancement of public heritage.
