Impact assessment of own projects and grant calls for Fondazione Cariparma

Evaluation of the impact of its own projects and calls for grants carried out in collaboration with Sinloc SpA for Fondazione Cariparma. A four-year project where the social, economic and cultural impact of strategic projects and grant calls will be assessed, in line with the 2024-2027 Strategic Plan. The intervention includes the construction of the Foundation's Impact Framework, the continuous monitoring of the changes generated and the digitalisation of the evaluation process through the Impact Call and Impact Manager platforms. The work includes capacitation activities, in itinere evaluations and the production of interactive dashboards geared towards strategic learning.
