PC&VB Strategic Plan Padua

Strategic support for PC&VB Padova: analysis of the tourist offer/demand, development of the strategic plan and economic-financial projections for the tourism relaunch of Padova. The intervention included a scenario analysis to identify current and future trends, defining PC&VB’s operational and organisational options. The methodology integrated economic assessments with the identification of drivers of sustainable development, aiming to strengthen the competitive positioning of the destination in a post-pandemic context.
