Pre-feasibility study of the transformation of the San Michele in Borgo complex in Pisa

Economic and management feasibility study for the functional redevelopment of properties owned by the Municipality of Pisa located behind San Michele in Borgo, in the historic center of the city. The assignment includes urban planning analyses, property characterization, evaluation of functional scenarios, and economic sustainability, with governance hypotheses and management models. The aim of the project is to outline an urban regeneration intervention that enhances the existing building stock, increases urban quality, and activates territorial synergies, including through the involvement of private investors.
