Proposal for the design, construction, and management of a new ice arena in Vipiteno (BZ)

Support for the submission of a promoter proposal and subsequent participation in the tender for the design, construction and management of a new ice rink in Vipiteno (BZ). The objective is to create, through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, a multifunctional arena that is accessible, energy efficient and can be built quickly, on the initiative of a group of six South Tyrolean companies.
The project includes the preparation of the Economic and Financial Plan, the report and the risk matrix, as well as assistance during the tender phase.
