Implementation of a rationalisation plan and development of a strategy to enhance the value of the real estate assets of the Diocese of Padua and 12 related entities. Following the process of surveying the properties and their state of repair, a strategy was identified that encourages synergies and economies in the planning of activities for the coming years. An estimate was made of the value that the real estate assets, which are partially unexpressed, could generate at an institutional level, freeing up resources for the maintenance of the buildings and for the support of other pastoral projects.
