Technical assistance to Fondazione Carisap in selecting the manager of Circolo Sportivo AT, with the aim of relaunching the sports club and enhancing its social role, maintaining a strategic and confidential approach throughout the entire process.
The process develops in two phases: the selection of a group via call of expression of interest and the subsequent shared planning process, accompanied by moments of capacity building.
The objective is the construction of a sustainable and impactful proposal of activities and services, and the valorisation of the social capital of the territory.
