Selecting the managing entity of the Genus Bononiae – Musei della Città

Technical assistance to the Carisbo Foundation in selecting the project manager for the Genus Bononiae - City Museums, with the aim of improving the operational management of museums located in historic buildings of the city, Reduce management costs and revitalise these important cultural sites, while maintaining a strategic and confidential approach throughout the process.
The intervention has been developed in three phases: the drawing up of the call, the evaluation of proposals and the entrustment of management.
The Foundation has successfully completed the process of selecting a new operator, Opera Laboratori Fiorentini, through the management tender.
