Support in drafting the executive project for the Digital Innovation Plan

Technical assistance and strategic consulting for the drafting of the Digital Innovation Plan of the Fondazione Unione Musicale ETS, as part of the SWITCH 2025 call for proposals – Strategies and Tools for Digital Transformation in Culture promoted by the Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo. The project aimed to analyse existing digital processes, identify needs and priorities for action, and build a multi-year executive plan for digital transformation aimed at improving management efficiency, system interoperability and the ability to engage with the public.
