TechnicaAssistance to AUSL Romagna in the establishment of a Renewable Energy Community

Preliminary analysis for the Romagna Local Health Authority aimed at defining the legal, organisational and economic model for the establishment of a Renewable Energy Community and preparing the subsequent related technical and administrative phases.
The activity includes the assessment of self-consumption configurations, the examination of legal and statutory options, the analysis of establishment and management costs, the definition of technical and economic-financial sustainability profiles, and support for setting up procedures related to PPP and the future tender for the plants.
